I went to the Tate Modern on the South Bank yesterday as it was a bank holiday. On the third floor there is a balcony that looks out across London. When we were up there we heard a guy busking and we realised it was Passenger. Great free gig.
I attended ‘Think Performance’ with Google this week which was hosted at the Saatchi gallery on Kings Road, London. This is one of my favourite installations. It comprises of a room half filled with engine oil that acts as a mirror. Fantastic concept by Richard Wilson.
Last night I went to England V Ukraine at Wembley Stadium. The stadium was completed in 2007 and has a capacity of 90,000. I managed to get this shot of the Wembley arch as the sun was going down. Which was lucky as the football on show was rather poor and England only managed a 1-1 draw!
Last night I went to see Above and Beyond at The Oval Space in London. I managed to get this shot of the sunset over the London skyline. It was the perfect backdrop to a phenomenal gig. Shot using iPhone 4S.
Earlier this year I went to see Above and Beyond at the Brixton Academy in London. It was an amazing night and a mind blowing performance from the trance act. I managed to shoot this image from the first floor balcony during their performance of ‘Sun and Moon’. It was shot using my iPhone 4 and is unedited.
